Bellevue Orchard strengthens juice manufacturing in Victoria
The family owned apple and pear growing orchard has expanded its operations, creating 10 new local jobs.
With upgraded equipment and a new bottling line in its Officer facility, Bellevue Orchard will double the production of its iconic Summer Snow Australian juices.
The expansion will:
- deliver higher-quality juice products around Australia
- support faster order fulfilment
- boost the company’s domestic and export revenues.
The company has been growing apples for 4 generations and producing apple juice for almost 30 years.
What began as a traditional apple orchard in 1953 has become a thriving, multi-generational family business producing award-winning juices, cider and apple cider vinegar enjoyed across the country.
Greater south east Melbourne is the largest and most significant manufacturing hub in the country, generating $89 billion in economic output and employing over a quarter of the state's manufacturing workforce.
The Victorian Industry Policy and the $150 million Victorian Investment Fund are growing the state’s industrial base by securing investment in targeted areas like advanced food manufacturing, driving jobs, exports and innovation.
