Celebrating Victoria’s top export stars

First Nations Export Award winner Sharon Brindley from Jala Jala, with Governor of Victoria the Hon. Margaret Gardner ACVictoria’s top exporters were recognised last night at the 46th Governor of Victoria Export Awards at Government House.

The awards celebrated 15 businesses for championing homegrown products and services on the global stage. More than 50 of our state’s hardworking export businesses attended the ceremony at Government House, hosted by Governor of Victoria Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC.

Construction company Reeves Envico was named Victorian Exporter of the Year for managing construction projects across the Pacific region including the new Betio Hospital in Kiribati. Reeves Envico also won the Export Award for Professional Services.

Recognising her remarkable achievements as a woman in international business, Ivy Oh was awarded the Global Victoria Women’s Award. As Global Brand Development Manager at Vitasoy Australia, Ivy plays a leading role in the company’s export portfolio and contributing to growth in international sales.

Jala Jala Treats was the winner of the inaugural First Nations Export award, which recognises international success for a First Nations business. Led by Yamatji-Noongar woman Sharon Brindley, Jala Jala produces its chocolate and tea products infused with native ingredients. The company’s mission is to celebrate Indigenous food culture and create meaningful economic opportunities for First Nations communities.

Award recipients from each of the GOVEA categories automatically qualify for the 63rd Australian Export Awards. This will be held in Canberra on 26 November 2025.
