F1 Melbourne Fan Festival is bringing the Grand Prix spirit to Federation Square

The F1 Melbourne Fan Festival is at Fed Square.

The high-octane thrills of the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Australian Grand Prix 2026 are revving up Melbourne’s CBD.

The free festival is now open daily from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm until Sunday 8 March.

What’s On?

• Live Big Screen Action: Watch Formula 1®, Formula 2™, Formula 3™, and Supercars action unfold live on the big screen, complete with seating.
• Exclusive Insights: Enjoy driver interviews, including Melbourne’s own Oscar Piastri and his McLaren teammate Lando Norris, as well as live updates direct from Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit.
• Interactive Experiences: Feel the thrill with racing simulators, snap a virtual selfie with an F1 driver, and get a close-up look at the brand-new F1 2026 regulation show car.
• Family-Friendly Fun: Step onto the winner’s podium for a photo, browse official team merchandise, and soak in the electric atmosphere.

Plenty of food and drinks will also be on hand to keep fans energised while enjoying the superscreen and stage activities.
