This will help them build skills, overcome challenges and plan for future growth.

Participants will receive 3 free, one-hour mentoring sessions.

Experienced mentors will offer practical advice and guidance to help business owners.

This may include how to:

  • Solve problems that may be holding their business back
  • Build confidence to invest and try new ideas
  • Learn key business skills and set up good practices

Delivered by Monarch Institute, the sessions are confidential and tailored to the needs of each business.

The program is open to small businesses in 6 key industries:

  • Agribusiness
  • Circular economy
  • Digital technologies
  • Health technologies and medical research
  • Regional tourism

The Business Skills Mentoring program is an initiative of the Victorian Government’s Economic Growth Statement.
