Auslan at Melbourne Polytechnic
Last year, Melbourne Polytechnic celebrated 10 years of delivering Auslan courses.
Melbourne Polytechnic is the only provider in Victoria of Certificates in Auslan and the Diploma of Auslan. These are the necessary prerequisites to Auslan interpreter training.
More than 2,400 Victorians have graduated with Auslan qualifications from Melbourne Polytechnic since 2013.
The updated Collingwood campus now features dedicated teaching and learning spaces to prepare thousands of Victorians for careers working with people who are Deaf and hard of hearing.
