Almost 180,000 students who completed or exited vocational education and training in Victoria in 2023 are being asked to provide feedback on their course through the Student Satisfaction Survey, the biggest survey of its kind in Victoria.

Delivered by the Victorian Skills Authority, the survey provides an important chance for vocational education and training students to have their say on the quality and relevance of their training.

Run annually, survey results are used to inform course improvements. This helps TAFEs and other training providers meet the needs of future students and deliver qualifications for the jobs of today and tomorrow.

Every student who completed or left a Victorian vocational education and training course in 2023 has been personally invited to participate in the survey which runs until 5 May.

Former VET student, Sarah provided her feedback through the survey in 2023.

‘I think everybody can learn from feedback. That’s how we learn. That’s how we grow,’ she said.
