Applications now open for the Made in Victoria – Energy Technologies Manufacturing Program
A new grant program will back local manufacturers to make the products and components we need in the transition towards net zero emissions.
Applications are now open for the Made in Victoria – Energy Technologies Manufacturing Program that will support manufacturers to purchase or develop new equipment, skills, or technology so they can capitalise on renewable energy opportunities.
Grants of between $100,000 to $750,000 are available to businesses to increase their capacity to manufacture components for zero emissions and renewable energy supply chains such as wind, hydrogen and solar.
Proposals to supply products for energy generation, transmission, storage and zero emissions transportation are welcome to apply.
In supporting Victoria’s journey towards achieving net zero by 2045, the program will enable businesses to upskill staff, become more competitive and increase exports, while strengthening the state’s supply chain resilience and creating high-skilled jobs.
