Helping our digital health manufacturers take on the world
Our digital health manufacturers are taking on the world, creating better health outcomes.
The Australian Medtech Manufacturing Centre and Biotechnology Fund are contributing $2.4 million towards the Victorian Connected Health Innovation and Commercialisation Centre to be established in Melbourne’s CBD later this year.
The new centre will support up to 500 local companies each year, connecting them with healthcare system professionals, innovators, and investors to design, manufacture, and commercialise new digital health products.
Delivered by ANDHealth, a Melbourne-based industry-led organisation, the centre will fast-track the development of innovative healthcare products.
Medtech is one of the fastest growing sectors in Victoria’s economy, generating more than $21.4 billion in revenue and supporting more than 31,000 workers.
