Agriculture Victoria Services is the commercial interface between the department and private industry. It protects, manages and commercialises new technologies generated by the agriculture research and development divisions of the department.

Creative Victoria is a division within the department and is responsible for overseeing Victoria's state-owned creative organisations.

The Employment and Inclusion group is responsible for Jobs Victoria.
Sport, Recreation and Racing
The Sport, Recreation and Racing branch oversees the work of Sport and Recreation Victoria and the Office of Racing. The branch provides policy, strategy, grants administration, investment development and industry support.
The Office of Women in Sport and Recreation
The Office of Women in Sport and Recreation works alongside the Sport, Recreation and Racing branch. The Office provides policy, strategy and industry support to increase the number of women and girls participating in sport and active recreation, from grassroots through to senior leadership roles.
Tourism, Events Strategy and Reform
The Tourism, Events and Priority Infrastructure Branch undertakes research and provides policy, strategy and industry development advice to the government and industry on the visitor economy. The branch also provides governance support and advice on a number of entities that market the state, secure events, and manage large scale tourist attractions, precincts, facilities and entertainment venues in Victoria.
Victorian Racing Integrity Commissioner
The Racing Integrity Commissioner is an independent statutory officer, appointed by the Governor in Council, under the Racing Act 1958 (Vic).
Mr Sal Perna was appointed as Victoria's inaugural Racing Integrity Commissioner on 1 March 2010. His appointment has been extended on four occasions with his current appointment expiring in 2021.
The Office of the Racing Integrity Commissioner gathers information on integrity related issues regarding the Victorian Racing Industry, across the harness, greyhound and thoroughbred racing codes.

coal, gas, and mineral resources

other government agencies and industry organisations.
Agreements with these organisations aid the
regulation of our resources sector in line with community and industry
expectations.

Development Victoria is the government's lead agency in developing
rural and regional Victoria
Small Business Victoria
Small Business Victoria is part of the Jobs, Innovation and Business Engagement group within the department.
Victorian Small Business Commission
The Victorian Small Business Commission provides quick, effective, neutral and low-cost mediation services to small businesses.
Global Victoria
Global Victoria works with businesses to build their export capabilities and connect them to international opportunities through tailored programs, trade missions and a network of over 20 trade and investment offices around the world. The group advocates for the best policy settings so that Victorian companies can be competitive in the global arena. It also promotes Victoria as the best place for further study and skills development through the state's world-class universities and training institutions.
Development Victoria
Development Victoria delivers property development, urban renewal and major civic projects on behalf of the government for the Victorian community.
Projects include:
- Precinct renewal, such as the Revitalisation of Central Dandenong, Junction Place in Wodonga, and the ongoing development of Docklands
- Civic projects, such as the State Library of Victoria, Flinders Street Station and Melbourne Park redevelopments
- Residential developments, such as Riverwalk in Werribee and CIRQ in Point Cook.
