Victorian international education ministerial advisory roundtable

The Victorian International Education Advisory Council (IEAC) is a non-statutory committee established by the Minister for Trade to provide advice to the Victorian Government on issues and policies relating to Victoria’s international education sector.

The IEAC provides strategic advice on risks and opportunities for a more innovative and competitive international education sector, supports implementation and review of the government’s international education policy, and provides consultation through member stakeholder networks.

Since 2020-21, the IEAC has been playing a critical role advising government on sector stabilisation and recovery.
