Building Pathways

Building Pathways provides personal support to people who need help finding a job. This service will help anyone who walks through the door. With local support and local connections, they can help to get you into a job or training.

This service is delivered in partnership with the Brotherhood of St Laurence.

Who Building Pathways help

Building Pathways helps anyone who lives in Victoria and is eligible to work in Australia.

You can access this service through the two Hubs.

The Hubs are located in:

  • Broadmeadows, supporting the Hume region.
  • Frankston, supporting the Southern Metropolitan region including the Mornington Peninsula.

How Building Pathways help

As an open-door service, everyone will be helped. The service is set up to help you get into a job or training.

Coaching is available to support you. Coaching can help you find your next job, start training or access health services.

Local support networks have been set up to create connections for jobs and training.
